I know it’s an absolute
We all come from a sinful root
Preacher you say on the pulpit
As we all sit
That we all should lose our wit
I know I can be selfish and greedy
I can be doubtful and needy
And prideful and seedy
I know we are sinners
But what about being winners?
We are God’s sons and daughters
We should get out of this deep waters
The devil knows the more Christians hang on to their past identity
He has got in the bag indefinitely
It’s time we stand up
Even though our nature is corrupt
But we must remember we are sanctified in Jesus
You know the devil is stormin’
When he hears a false guilt sermon
No, all sermons aren’t always perfect and complete
But we should focus more on the Holy Spirit to lead us
And on how will reign with Christ and have a heavenly seat
This isn’t pride talking
It’s ruling walking
