Message In Stanza

It takes 365 days for the Earth to travel around the sun

That means we have 365 days to love and learn from our mistakes, one by one

We used to tell time through the sun and a stone

Now we tell time through clocks and a wrist watch

We are more aware of the presence of time

Or the presence of eternity, which is the absence of time

It take us to our knees, we our not in totally control of our destiny

The planets may shift, a new comet may be born, but we’ll never know

How does that make you feel?

Sometimes in this life we feel ridiculed or mocked

But we can change how we react to each other

Because we still have 365 days to make a difference in the lives of others
