Dear Carly,
The biggest burden on our shoulder is our own mind, when soul controls it – all is fine, but usually we are controlled by our mind – The prophets and saints sent by God in different religions and times they were above the clutches of their mind and could give us beautiful examples with their own life – the same way is possible for us too and for this the essence of spirituality is needed: “Man know thyself!” – then it is possible to understand even the functioning of our own tricky mind.
