Poetry and Musings

Thrust forward

To the march

Mediocrity is like starch

Fake and durable

It’s time to let it go

I pick up my sword

Ready for battle

Victory is like lavender

It’s time to make you whole

Sweet and fragrant in the grass below

(C) Carly Wiggins 2018

Do you find life can be mediocre at times? What do you to “spice up your life?” And was there a  particular line that stood out to you in this poem? 🙂

I like Victory is like lavender. I think all your lines are poems in themselves.

  2. Beautiful piece.❤ In response to your question, I try something new. When that doesn’t do it, I take up some calculated risks😀. Do have a wonderful day.💕
